Calling All Vendors!
Help us make the ENF a success

The Eliot Ness Fest has proven to be a popular festival drawing thousands of people to Coudersport. This year, The festival will be bigger than ever with lively street theater, music and other entertainment, historical presentations, fireworks, tours, kids’ activities, a special spotlight on law enforcement and more.

The Eliot Ness Fest committee has established a Juried Vendor Application Process. Merchandise such as antiques must be of high quality, clean and good repair. 

​

  • Vending opportunities for the 2023 Eliot Ness Fest and a Vendor Form. 

  • ENF Vendors are required to be open on Friday and Saturday with the option to operate on Sunday

  • Vendors are required to maintain their booth from 5-8 pm Friday and from 11 am to 8 pm on Saturday as a minimum. 

  • Vendor Setup can begin at 5 pm on Thursday but all vendors must be set up in their designated location no later than noon on Friday unless prior arrangements are made with the committee.  

  • Security will patrol the vending areas on Friday and Saturday nights

 

Pricing for vendor spaces

 

For profit Food and product venders
Rent 10’ x 10’ spaces for $40 each.

Non profit organizations

Non-profit 10’ x 10’ vendor space fees are $20

​

For profit organizations

Exhibiting services and promotional information

10’ x 10’ vendor space fees are $40

 

Vendors Guidelines

  • Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.

  • All tables must be skirted, except for food vendors.

  • Food vendors must comply with Pa. Dept. of Agriculture guidelines

  • All merchandise, including antiques/shabby chic/farmhouse chic/etc., must be high quality, clean, and in good repair.
